By far and away, the best source of for information and forms for Colorado divorce and paternity cases are those provided by the state itself. Go to courts.state.co.us, a website for the Colorado judicial branch.  In the self-help section there are all of the needed forms for divorce proceedings.  More importantly, many of these forms come with the instruction booklet that provide detailed information on how to proceed.
